Refund Policy

Vital Focus is committed to your satisfaction. Satisfaction is a mutually created experience so we ask for mutual open communication about opportunities for improvement. We commit to resolving your requests as much — and as soon — as possible. If we cannot resolve a situation to your satisfaction, either of us may terminate services by written notice to the other party. If services have been paid in advance, Vital Focus will refund the unused portion of services within 30 days. Refunds for services already rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
